The basics

By using willlowrey.com, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because I believe you should actually understand what you're agreeing to.

What I offer

I provide PM coaching, live programs, and access to the RealBuilderLab community. Each service has its own specific details (pricing, schedule, format) that are described on the relevant pages of this site.

Coaching & programs

• Coaching is advice based on my experience. I'll be direct and specific, but ultimately your career decisions are yours. I can't guarantee specific outcomes like promotions or job offers.
• Programs: pricing, refund policies, and cohort details are listed on the relevant program page. If you don't find value, reach out and we'll sort it out.
• Rescheduling: life happens. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, just let me know with reasonable notice. I'll do the same.

Your content

Anything you share with me during coaching (your PRDs, career details, company context) stays confidential. I won't share it, use it in marketing, or reference it publicly without your explicit permission.

If you share work in the community or a program cohort, other members may see it. Use your judgment about what you share in group settings.

My content

The content on this site, course materials, templates, and frameworks I create are my intellectual property. You're welcome to use them in your work (that's the whole point), but please don't resell them, redistribute them, or pass them off as your own.

Be reasonable

Don't use this site or my services for anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive. Don't try to scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer the site. Basically: be a decent person and we'll be fine.

Limitation of liability

I do my best to provide valuable services, but I can't be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. My services are coaching and education, not guarantees of specific business or career outcomes. The maximum liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, I'll make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we ever have a disagreement, let's try to work it out directly first.
