The fee keeps the session serious on both sides and credits in full toward the 90-Day Breakthrough if you continue within six months. So if you go on to the Breakthrough, the diagnostic pays for itself, and if you don't, you still leave with the one thing that was actually in your way. There is no version of this where you walk away without a clearer next move.
Before you book
Is this just a sales call for the coaching program?
No. You leave with a named blocker and a first move whether or not we ever work together again. If the Breakthrough is right for you I'll say so, and the $250 credits toward it. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
What if I'm not sure I even have one specific blocker?
That's the most common case, and it's exactly what the diagnostic is for. Most people are stuck on one thing wearing the disguise of several. Naming the real one is the entire point of the 90 minutes.
Will my company pay for it?
Often, yes. Most people expense it through an L&D or coaching budget. I provide an invoice and a manager-shareable description so it's one step, not a writing task.
